Anti-Spam Policy
Unwanted mail damages the people who receive it and everyone who sends legitimately over the same infrastructure. We therefore treat it as a reason to terminate, not as a matter for negotiation.
Binding for every programme here
- Every recipient address carries a documented, individually verifiable consent — with time, origin and confirmation.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any moment, without giving a reason and without any disadvantage.
- Who is writing, on whose behalf and about what is stated in the message itself, not hidden behind a redirect.
- Address data from our distribution lists is never sold, rented or exchanged.
Where we draw the line
- The recipient never agreed, or the agreement cannot be shown on request.
- The message would fit any other recipient equally well — there is no relation to this particular person.
- The unsubscribe is missing, broken, or made conditional on a login or a reason.
- An existing business relationship is used as a substitute for consent. It is not one.
If you report something to us
- We confirm receipt and trace the mailing back to the responsible programme.
- Where the suspicion holds up, that programme stops — before the investigation, not after it.
- If the violation is confirmed, access ends and the affected addresses are blocked permanently.
- Blocklist operators reach us at the same address and get the details they need to assess the case.
Reporting misuse
If you received mail through our systems that you did not ask for, tell us. The complete message headers help most — they show the delivery path without room for interpretation.
