How an issue comes about
Four steps, always the same order. Nothing is sent that nobody would miss.
We listen first
What do your customers actually ask you? Those questions are the raw material. An editorial plan that ignores them produces issues nobody needs.
We write
Texts by people who understand the subject — not filler around an offer. Every issue must hold up on its own, even for someone who buys nothing today.
We send
Dispatch on our own infrastructure, in volumes the receiving providers accept. Slow and arriving beats fast and filtered.
We look at what happened
After each issue: what was read, what was skipped, who unsubscribed. That decides the next editorial plan — not a gut feeling.
What we do not do
The shortest way to describe a mailing service is by what it refuses. These are conditions, not intentions — a programme that breaks them does not run here.
- No address without documented consent. No exceptions for „just this once“.
- No purchased, rented or traded lists — regardless of what the seller promises about their origin.
- No unsubscribe that takes more than one click.
- No sender who hides who is writing and why.
- No further issue to a list whose bounce rate has run away. It gets cleaned first, then it is sent.
