Your message and contact details are stored so the matter can be dealt with and follow-up questions answered. Nothing is passed on without your consent; once the matter is closed and no retention duty applies, it is deleted.

Newsletters we send for clients

For editorial programmes we send on behalf of our clients, the client remains the controller of the recipient data. We act as a processor on instruction, use the data for nothing else and pass it to no one.

Delivery and reading data

We record whether an issue was delivered, whether it was rejected and which articles were opened. This serves editorial planning and billing. You can object at any time; unsubscribing ends the measurement in every case.

The suppression list

An unsubscribed address is stored on a suppression list. That is not the opposite of deletion but its precondition — it is the only reliable way to ensure nothing reaches you again. The list serves that single purpose.

No cookies, no third parties

This site sets no cookies and loads no fonts, scripts or counting pixels from external servers. There is nothing here to opt out of.
